Bron
Yogi and Chef
Bron found Yoga whilst living in London in 2000. From the very first time she stepped onto the mat she felt instantly at home. At the time she had a busy career as a Chef and Bron found Yoga gave her the tools to cope with the stress of working in fast paced kitchens. Bron is a registered Senior Teacher with Yoga Australia and has been inspired by many teachers over the years, she has completed over 1500hrs of teacher training and still continues to learn and grow in her practice.

Jade
Yogi and Researcher
Jade found yoga a number of years ago when looking for a practice to help relieve the tensions and daily stresses of academic work and long hours at a desk . Almost immediately, the benefits were evident as her stress levels reduced, tension in her shoulders and neck began to ease and she learnt how to slow down, all the while getting stronger and fitter. Today what was initially a stress reduction practice, has become her passion and she is now a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Australia.
